I am running XP. JP324 is a CCF member. I have to "fix" my pix using Picnik.com and then I put them on Photobucket.com to post them here.

Great photo's those celestron usb 'scopes look pretty slick. Anyone know if there are other name brand ones on the market? All I can find are equipment from Hong Kong...no name.

Ya, like night and day. I have the 44302 and my nephew has a Dino. Thing is the Dino cost a lot more but is way better, so if you can afford it go Dino. John1

That Dino microscope looks amazing. At some point I hope to purchase something like that for my collection.

I would like more input on this subject if possible before I spend 3or4hundred bucks. My vision is not very good so I have to wear my glasses plus different magnifying glasses to see detail on my coins and with that I still miss a lot of the little details plus to take pic's that is also a pain in the --- is the dino the hot set up or do you have any other suggestions?I want it to be simple and work the $$ is what it is. ie.I have a 1882o Morgan O Over S that I no longer can see the MM detail with my glasses on I need to use a 20x mag.

Quote: I would like more input on this subject if possible before I spend 3or4hundred bucks Fatboy, I realize that this is an older thread but just in case you have not yet acquired a USB camera, it may be prudent to at least read the following CCF thread. https://goccf.com/t/88598It contains more than just one USB camera option and the cost for the camera alone is significantly less $ compared to what you originally stated above within the quotation marks. Hopefully, this information will be useful to you. fyi, mdpmedia
