Robe/Wall is correct too. One of the better looking examples I've seen.

I've looked at alot of their auctions (TECC) but have yet to purchase from them. They seem to have a solid rating though.

I'd be willing to take a risk on buying a raw coin like this from a well established company if a couple conditions were met. First, that it is selling for less than what a slabbed coin of the same grade would go for. Second, that they would give a full refund if the coin is determined to be counterfeit by a TPG. If those bases are covered (and I decide that the diagnostics look good on the images provided) I'd buy it if I had the money.

By the way, in the description they say the coin has been lightly cleaned.

Heck yeah, my change was a 1916 SLQ, and a 1913 Liberty nickel. I spent them at the snack bar on beef jerky though.

I've done business with TECC through their website. Quite highly recommended.

I agree, that's what it looks like and is probably the reason the coin isn't in a slab. I'd give it XF-45 details.

After perusing their website, I may end up doing some business there too at some point. Prices seem fair.
