Soak in white vinegar for a few days and you should be able to bring some if not all of the date out.
Nice finds by the way!

Congrats Adam,
They are are not worth a ton, but that does not dampen the thrill of the find does it ?

I just scored my first Buffalo nickel as well, but I don't know if I want to dip it in vinegar, or anything. It's dateless.

sounds like good fun. are there any posts around showing how well this soaking works, like a before and after. (sorry new around her, but i'd like to see more of what you are talking about 'bringing the date out.' )
