The AH1423 (2003) issue is worth looking out for,as this is actually an American printing that was done as a stop gap measure.It could be a very scarce note,but it isn't yet listed in Pick,however.

So Aiden you mean all of the denominations or just apatciular series I believe alot of them were printed by the us |

Scoutjim99,it is the 10,000 Dinars that I am aware of.Yes,it does depict Saddam Hussein's portrait.

The note is listed in Pick as P89, valued at $7 Unc.
First coin- 500 fils, 1973, Nationalization of the Oil Industry commemorative, Unc=$10.
Second coin- 250 fils, 1980, Saddam's First anniversary as president, EF=$6
Third coin- 500 fils, 1971, 50th Anniversary of the Iraqi army, U=$10, Pr=$15
