Do you feel like I'm following you? You know, I was so focused on the clash that I didn't even look at the rest. It almost looks like it's broadstruck. Let's see what others say.

How does it compare to another cent when you put them together? Is it as skewed as the pic? Or would it roll up just like the rest of them?

Scoob,if you mean will it fit in a roll then yes because it came out of a mixed date roll that I got in a box of cents from the bank.I guess I need to have it measured though.
MAD=Misaligned die.

castor, What do you mean by MD? You don't think it's a broad struck? Do you think it's a Proof Like if such a thing exists? Thanks much, John1

John, you have a MAD from the pics. The easiest way to confirm is simply place it on top of another cent and check the diameter. If it is noticeably larger you have a broad struck. I do not know about Canadian coinage but it does appear proof like.

proofs in 1963 weren't frosted - that much I know. However I cannot say if that is a proof coin or not; I am not able to differentiate the different finished. Still, it's a beautiful coin
