So, in Numista I scrolled through the Israel coins and found this on the coin/s: http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1725.htmlInteresting to me they only ran this one for 5 years, from 1981 through 1985. Then they were demonitized. Have yet to try and figure out the date though, which I'll try shortly PS: I deleted a double post of this one. Accidentally posted it twice. Oops and sorry!

you'll find a number of countries that run their coins for short periods of time before reform coinage takes over. if you really want to run around this, go and take a look at Brazil.
scooby hint...it is dated between 1981 and 1985.....LOL But I, like scooby, will let you try and search the date because that is what makes this stuff fun. However, if you cannot find it, don't get frustrated, just ask and I know we will respond. Have fun!

Hmmmm I think I have a 1981 (5741 Hebrew Calendar) but not certain as I don't understand the last two little symbols they show in the site as they don't appear on the coin. I'm looking at the first group/set of 4 symbols to the far left in the lower left corner of the reverse? showing the numeral 1. http://apps.creounity.com/time_mach...o=israel.php

You get to keep it!
Now you have something else I can drain you of when it comes time for your next contest!

You all won't be getting anything gifted to me because I'm keepin' 'em all! Actually I've been feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the spontaneous awesome givens from CCF folks. It's all happening so fast before I've been able to catch up after my setbacks ... but don't worry. I'll catch up. You all are getting me a little competitive here too and I'm already thinking up some cool ideas for new contests to host. Why did no one warn me how much work and organization coins can be, or how quickly collections can grow and need to be organized when searching rolls. It amazes me how so many of you search so many coins all the time and have such large accumulations of them, and I'm already having a hard time keepng up with my wee collection!! Now add world coins to figure out what they are? Oh boy, hang onto my hat because this is started to be some fast ride That loupe has speeded me up some though!

Here is another from what Molydeii sent me. Love the design! But then ALL coins designs are fascinating and I don't think it's possible to have a favorite! Although my 1954 Canadian silver 50 cent piece is still the TPS!! for me, because of sentimental reasons!! Anyways, this one is obviously from Brazil / Brasil:

PS: I don't think it's rotated. That's likely just me and my wonky hands and fingers having a hard time picking up and shifting things with my very twisted fingers ;)

Scooby and Xshift, you two gotta know just how much I'm totally appreciating the coin flips and stapler you folks sent me quite a while ago. They sure are making this easier on me to case and group my coins to protect them, and FIND them easily again!

Last ones, and now done uploading them all here! These two smaller Hong Kong coins are interesting to me as I see they're both 10 cent pieces. HUGE difference in size change in these 10 cent pieces, isn't it?! The King George 1950 (just really love this one!!) and the 1982, I think it was - short term memory loss here Queen E the 2nd:
