The last few boxes seemed low (about 10-15%), but then the next seemed normal (about 20-30%). It could be from all the copper I'm pulling!

No change here in the Metro Detroit area. Plenty O' copper to be had. Still running a tad shy of 30%.

The copper percentages are still averaging in the high 20% range. And the only difference is the amount of wheats. Those are going down like a rock!

Even without more people looking, eventually, you start checking the same coins.

Mine go back to the Fed, I would say the chances of me searching the same ones are slim to none

...but unless people are furiously dumping their piggy banks, eventually isn't quite yet. Total of 18 wheaties from the last two boxes.
...but then again, times are tough so maybe people ARE furiously dumping their piggy banks.

I'm finding 15-25% in these fed boxes and 30-45% copper in hand rolled rolls.......

this is what StormStrikes was asking for.....

Coins used to come in bags, $50 cents, $200 nickels, etc.

They found it easier to handle rolls in a box: $25 cents, $100 nickels, $500 halves.

So that's how banks get them.
