He said they are all uncirculated, but we know how that range can vary.

I checked the completed sales on ebay. I see a similar set (88 coins as it includes 2011) sold for $195.55 on 25 June.

How much did you pay for them? I'd say that's what they're worth!

You should offer them to your friends here first.

I agree. And it appears that you paid a good price for them.

That's awesome! Can't wait to see it when it's done!

I figured you either bought the craigslist set to either A) cherrypick for your set, or B) flip for profit. You should be able to get close to ebay type money and come out ahead here without the extra fees.

yeah, I did trade a couple that were a slight upgrade. I was going to keep a few that I didn't have but I decided against it so I can just sell it as a whole set.

but as for my set, I only need 1978-1984 P and D. So 14 more. Can't figure out where I can get them cheap. i'd like to get all of them in one order. rather than buying one after another.

i'll probably put the set on here in a couple days. need some pictures first.

If you need any other coins for those years, I might have those in mint sets that I can let go for real cheap if you're interested.

Murrellington, nice pick up. I gotta agree with the others. You could likely flip it here for at least a good 20 bucks profit. Had I the money, I would be interested as I am doing the Dansco 8166, proof book. The UNCs are the least of my issues at this point. You know how much the silver proof from the 90's go for? PM me with your address again. I have the '78-81 mint sets that I bought to fill the albums with! Doh!

I'll just send them to you. Consider them Scooby Snacks.

Don't hold your breath on a mint set for '83 - they didn't make them. You should be able to find them from someone who bought a bag. You should be able to pick them up for $5-6 a piece or so, I think.
