Jim, I will send the 2 chips to you after the xmas rush has finished (less chance of getting lost). The moose coin has not arrived yet, I'll let you now when it does. Thanks again for sending it to me. Steve

I get two silver-dollar size gaming tokens from every casino I visit and kept them in a separate exonumia drawer in my coin cabinet. I think the ultimate gaming tokens are Roman tesserae, with erotic scenes on one side and mark of value on the other, used in higher class brothels for dice games. There is a website which gives auction prices for ancient coins, and you can see many examples by typing "tesserae" in the search engine -- or just google "Roman tesserae."

I have a number of Silver Strikes. They are from the Las Vegas casinos except 3 are from Jackpot Casino in Minnesota. I have also seen a book on collecting Silver Strikes too.

I'll bet it's not the book I wrote? Who's the author?

Look at the outer rim designs on the chips.... Arrow's and Dice.... ARODIE pronounced arrow-die
