It's a good thing that all of our members are honest! It is amazing how there is always a way to make a dishonest buck. Many people feel that they are safe if they buy rolls. The sad thing is that most honest people won't even consider the fact that rolls could be opened, searched, and recrimped without it being detectable.

It brings to mind those advertisements for "unsearched' bags of coins. Yes sir, never looked at, or gone through. And if you believe that, I've got a mountain range south of town, I'll sell to you cheap.

OldDan,
How much do you want for that mountain range? I just drove thru West Virginia and Virginia this past week and the mountains are beautiful.

The only possibility of "unsearched" bags are the new ones being sold at the Mint. Other than that, if you want unsearched bags, you had better be buying from a blind man.

Kind of hate to tell you this, but those hills in the Virginia's are only 'speed bumps" compared to the Rocky Mountains we have out here. We like to show them off to you flat landers, providing you go home after looking them over. As for the wrapper rollers, the ones I ordered to try, arrived and they work just fine, even for me, who is mechanical challenged. Can't tell which end is the one already made up, after wrapping. Thanks again ND.

Dan, you are so right. We lived in Powell, WY - right in the basin of the Rockies. Never seen anything so beautiful. Nothing on the east coast can rival it.

The next question is: What are you doing so far from home, we would sure like to have you back!

When I lived there, my ex-husband was in the Air Force stationed in Powell. When he was discharged, we moved back here (I don't remember why that seemed like such a good idea at the time). I want to go back there. I especially want to take the kids to Yellowstone. Last I was there was before the big fire and it was incredible. I know they would love it. I also remember the fantastic night sky in WY. There were nights that I saw 20+ falling stars (all in one night). You were guaranteed at least 6 if you weren't even watching the sky! Amazing!

Susan, You let me know if you do come out to Yellowstone. I live about 70 miles North of the Park & know the country pretty well.

They are probably right. The blind tend to be more interested in learning than most collectors.
