What kind of coin is this and can anyone pls give me a history or price value?





its not very clear but the first one says "PATRIARCA SENOR SAN JOSE" not really clear but thats all I can read and the second one says "UN PESO SAGRADO VERDADERO"

It's not a "coin", in the sense of being issued by a government. It's a religious medal; apparently these pieces, with St. Joseph and crossed keys, are popular in the Philippines, where they're known as "anting anting". I assume the "1101" is there to try to fool you into thinking it's really old.

As a collectable item? It appears to be made of brass, so I wouldn't think so. Maybe a dollar or two from a coin dealer's mystery box?
