The three characters appearing on both sides say "Be Ga Su". "Begasu" is the closest you can comfortably get to pronouncing the Anglo-Spanish word "Vegas" in Japanese. The full name "Las Vegas" would be rendered in Japanese as five characters: Ra su be ga su.

I do find the overtly "American flag" design choice an interesting one; perhaps it's from an American-themed gaming parlour.
