Googleads Entry In History Upsetting Back Button

janknez Pillar of the Community United States 595 Posts	Posted 02/19/2012 4:10 pm This site inserts this: https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pag in my history every time I click on a forum or topic, sometimes once, sometimes three or four times. I means I have to click the back button that many times to go back to where I started from. It is annoying. Can something be done? Jan Report this Post to the Staff

Doubleclick has hijacked my browsing history and killed the back button. Clicking on back does nothing and, if you right click on the back button in IE9, you can see the back history and why it doesn't work. Lincoln Cent Lover! Doubleclick has done no such thing and has no reason to do such a thing. IE8 does not do it. No other browser does it. That tells you where the problem is.
