Bing Pillar of the Community United States 4253 Posts	Posted 06/06/2012 2:41 pm I have owned this coin for a short while, but have not posted it here. It is a beautiful Domitian AE23 from Koinon of Macedonia with a wonderful dark green patina (as usual the image does not do it justice). For those who don't know, Koinon of Macedonia was a a confederation of all Macedonian communities united around a king. I do not have a date for this coin, but I have it attributed as RPC 336: OBV: AVT KAISAR DOMITAINOS SEB, laureate head right REV: KIONON MAKEDONWN, Macedonian shield If anyone can date this coin, I would greatly appreciate it.
