I don't have access to the current grey sheet and need to know what I should be paying for this? I'm sorry for the poor quality of the picture but its all I currently have.

You could try Numismedia or even the PCGS web site for prices. Not sure but I would guess about $450 plus or minus.

If it takes more than $450, move on. PCGA/NGC have graded close to 750 of these. Yes, I know, crackouts, but they're available.

I paid $340 for it so I'm guessing thats a good deal? I love nice Morgan's they are by far my favorite coins.

I look at what a similiar coins bring at Heritage or Stacks auctions. I found at Heritage, a coin like yours (without actually having it in hand) would probably sell for around $425. That includes a 15% buyers fee. So, you got a good deal!
