Environmental damage on the rim and at 4 and 8 o'clock on the obverse.

Looks like some of the patina remains.

It's a bit hard to tell but is this coin sitting within a plastic holder?

I would say AU-53 or so. Nice looking coin but may have rim damage.
Or that could be damage to the holder.
