I was digging through some of my 'keep-don't keep' coins and came across this 50 Million Mark (I'm rich) from 1923. It bears the image of Heinrich Friedrich Karl vom und zum Stein. What a profile. He looks like a really bad version of Al Lewis (Grandpa Munster) mixed with Mr. Montgomery Burns. Now you've seen mine, let's see yours. Any coin, medal or token. No need to show both sides of the coin unless they're both ugly. Remember, this is not condition ugly, this is people ugly. Ugly is in the eye of the beholder. Thanks for playing.

This is going to be a great thread. I wish I was near all mine so I could go through them.

I can't wait to see others.

mds, Your guy also reminds me of Abe Vigoda, aka Phil Fish, from BARNEY MILLER.

You're right, muddler. I've never known if that is a homely woman or a homely man. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as mds states, but all eyes are not equal.

Ironically enough, the first coin posted is one of my favorite designs. I just love those huge German pieces.

I don't know about Queen Elizabeth II, but most certainly this depiction of Gustaf from Sweden...

Is the person on the Special Olympics coin supposed to be Eunice Kennedy Shriver?

The wear on this one makes King William II of the Netherlands look like he has a goiter.
