Since recently, I won a few prizes, I felt I should start one. I will be in vacation next week in US. The contest is easy, which state I plan to go? The prize will be a simple 1999 Hong Kong stamp year book. Sorry for non-coin prize. One person one guess.
ps. The contest will end next Monday at noon CDT. If none guesses correctly, I will randomly pick one winner. Have fun to cross into the stamp collection. Edited by monster
