If you're looking to buy in smaller quantities (i.e. less than 1000 pcs) you can usually find something on ebay. I made a MS Word template so I can type in my own 2x2 labels and just print them and cut them out. Saves me having to buy flips with inserts. If anyone wants it PM me and I'll e-mail it to you.
