A buddy of mine gave me this note. Don't really know if this is considered a repeater. He also tried to give me a $1 note with 6 eights in the serial number. I didn't want to take his poker note.

I'm not sure, however it sure is interesting. If I found one like that I'd put it in with my other interesting note finds.

It is not a repeater note . But still very interesting and very collectable

It is a cool note. I'll call it my double digit note. So what is a repeater note.

a repeater note is 77177177 or anything like that where the same numbers keep repeating.

A repeater is a note where the series of 4 numbers repeats itself like 11221122. A radar reads the same from the front or back like 11222211. If these occur with only 2 different digits it is called a binary. The serial number 77177177 is a radar, it repeats and it is a binary.

Thanks guys. Every bit of info I get helps. I have a pretty good grip on it now. I never really payed much attention to the notes, but there isn't one that goes through my hands that I don't look at now. The binary is a new one for me.
