1973 $1 Aax Replacement Note

Came with the same batch with the Devil's Face.





It's dirty, got four big vertical folds, corners folded badly, and only picked out after been circulated for a bit.





What grade would you give it? I say Fine because it's rather dirty.

This batch of $1s raises so many questions to me. Most were crisp bills, but they share the same wallet fold in the middle. But the biggest question is, what happened to them so that they are they not in someone's collection? Thinking about it makes me sad
