Hello. Please grade my new Half Dime. Color is "blasting white" and coin appears to be cleaned, but those horizontal lines doesn't look to be "under" surface. It is possible that those lines are die polishing lines? Thank you.

Looks like an intense clash that was attempted to be polished off the die, that's the lines you're seeing.

Not sure if those are die polish lines or just roller marks from a cleaning attempt...it could be the latter due to the surface looking as soft and dull as it does
