Hey, I see that for PCGS, you need to be a dealer or member to grade coins, or else it's very expensive. Is there any public pool for submitting to PCGS or NCG in bulk by a dealer so it's less expensive?

A authorized dealer might get a discount, how substantial it is/would be I don't know. Bbut that doesn't mean it will get passed on to the collector.
