I've looked on Numista to search for silver circulated coins from Norway, they all appear to have high "rarity scores" so the premium is pretty high. I have the intent of buying a Norwegian coin for my very close friend, and would prefer it to be silver, because I like silver better

If anyone knows a way to avoid the high premiums, or another website besides eBay, or even any other information about how I should do this, let me know. I'm not opposed to paying 30 bucks for a coin, but want to see if CCF has any expertise/knowledge/ideas to aid me.
