2014-P Lincoln Cent - Die Chips

This 2014-P Lincoln Cent has a bunch of tiny die chips and one big one under the e in Cents.

I also see 2014 cents have what looks similar to doubling on nickels maybe a extremely minor doublig or maybe common in shields cents?

As I understand it the dies are only struck once. If I understand this correctly true Die Doubling is a thing of the past. My guess is it is some sort of machine or Strike Doubling, or some sort of slippage between the die and hub.

But what do I know?
