1792 Lady Godiva Bedworth, Nuneaton and Hinkley Halfpenny muled with a 1792 Fielding's Manchester halfpenny. Is this a known combination, as I can't find a reference for it?

In the Conder token series, the Warwickshire 318 and 318a halfpenny tokens have Lady Godiva on the obverse and the Grocer's arms on the reverse like your token. The edge of the 318 reads "Nuneaton Bedworth and Hinkley XXXXX" while the 318a reads "Payable at Nuneaton Bedworth or Hinkley".

yarm, as the Aussies would say "yer blood's worth bottling."

It's 318, thank you so much.
