I'd be more concerned with the surfaces of the coin if these were digital photos. The obverse is nearly AU in my opinion but the weakness of the reverse knocks it down a bit to XF overall. Probably not worth sending in to be graded, especially if there is surface issues. If problem free its probably worth somewhere between $150 and $250 IMO. Edit: I guess it could be worth sending in to a TPG if it is problem free and you can piggy back on a dealer's or other collector's bulk submission.
