So recently at the ANA World Fair of Money I bought a 1899 proof Indian Head cent graded PF 65 RB by PCGS then I regraded it by NGC and it came back ... PF 65 R and I paid 1300 so I only lost 200 dollars. Then I have had for a while a 65 + CAC NGC coin and got that regraded and it came back a 66. * Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. * Report this Post to the Staff
