Sap Moderator Australia 16898 Posts	Posted 09/22/2015 6:39 pm The five-towered building which appears on both medals is Angkor Wat, the badge of Cambodia. The symbol on the all-red medal is the symbol for the People's Republic of Kampuchea, the Vietnamese-backed regime dating from 1979 to 1989. The Script is the version of Khmer used in Cambodia. I would assume they are both Cambodian medals dating from that time period.
