Hi,

I've bought 3 proof sets from the early 2000's on ebay and each set had spots and scratches on the coins. I'm tired of sending them back already and would just like some decent sets.

Does anyone know of any sites that sell them at fair prices with low shipping cost?

Your best bet is to buy them from coin shows/shops so you can see them "in hand". Buying from some site other then the bay you still risk getting sub-par sets.

I too have good experience with Dave. The only thing is he seems quite popular so some things may go a little higher than normal but you will get a good deal if you are patient.
