Amos Advantage -- Anything Going On?

srs77 Pillar of the Community United States 3261 Posts	Posted 11/16/2015 10:12 am I am a frequent buyer of products from Amos Advantage and the site has been down (for maintenance) for quite a while now. Was wondering if anyone has heard anything. I know there is a number I can call but I thought if anyone has heard anything maybe they could post it here. thanks... Report this Post to the Staff

Please contact customer service at 1-800-572-6885 for assistance. After calling this is the explanation I received... Nothing but a recorded message apologizing for the wait to speak to a customer service representative. Very strange. Never got to speak to a representative. It's like the message is in a weird kind of loop. Certainly hope they haven't gone under. Report this Post to the Staff

Turns out their servers crashed three weeks ago... sheesh.. Instead of just bringing it back up they decided it would be a good time to re-write the website.. Going to be back up next week... Whew... Funny thing it looks the same to me and even my account information was all there. I have always liked Amos Advantage, their prices and service is great and they carry just about everything. I think their explanation wasn't quite right, or they're going to do this in two steps. First replace the hardware and at a later date update the site.
