This is a common thing with what I call "crispy" Ikes- Ikes that are extremely well struck and high in grade. I have a 1971-D MS65 CAC, and these surface lines are also present, although quite a bit more subtle on the obverse. The lines are more apparent on the reverse. It sparkles like no other Ike in my collection. Even though it's a Cu-Ni clad it looks like a silver issue. It is blazing white. It's no wonder it green-beaned.
