here is one that I picked out of a junk bin a couple years or so ago. pretty cool because these are known for their interesting cracks and die states, yet this is the first Cud I have found on one. a cool war time error

Cool find. I'm always looking for Cuds but haven't found one yet. I recommend submitting it to http://cuds-on-coins.com/ Ken Potter submitted a 1945 5 cent Cud with a Cud above the "C" of Canada that you can look at http://cuds-on-coins.com/cuds-on-fo...a-through-h/

Wow! Very neat! I have a few that have die cracks and mortar set, as well as a 1944 DDR, I'll have to find that one though!
