Take a look under Liberty's chin. Die clash from the eagle's wing? Bought the coin with that in mind.

You see thngs like that a lot on the bust havles. Frankly I don't think it is a clash, I think it is indirect design transfer (ghosting). Clashes have sharp edge definitions. On this you see the ghost shape of the wing but no defined edges.

If you compare the wing shape from the reverse, its actually not the same shape as whats on your coin. I can't say for sure, but I THINK this type of ghosting as Conder says, is from die wear/stress. Here's an actual clash. You can see the difference in wing shape.
