Is This 1787 Machin's Mills Real? 18-87c Maybe.

I did a bunch of comparisons to sold Heritage auctions, and it seems to match. You should be less concerned with whether or not these pieces are "real" and more concerned with them being mis-attributed as Machin's Mills pieces. Often they are just common British halfpennies (regal and non-regal). Very similar appearance, big difference in price and desirability. Report this Post to the Staff
