1983 LC - This Is One Messed Up Puppy Double RIDB's, Severely Over-Polished

The Obverse - the front of Lincoln's is missing + polishing marks. Slightly MAD On th Reverse we have 2 RIDB's the one on the right is believe is a match to a current listing on COC http://cuds-on-coins.com/lincoln-ce...b-1959-2008/ IDB-1c-1983-03R This is listing also has a die crack at the lower left of the Memorial Building - My baby has the crack and also another RIDB - Which is even more impressive than the other. So this would most likely be a Stage B to this current listing? The reverse is severely over polished there is barely any design left to the building so is was a real pain trying to get pics on this one. Thank for looking and your comments. Yes, quite a few especially during the 70's decade - this one is really bad on both sides though and an 83' for a change, so I thought that was worth mentioning.
