Looks like a lamination issue to me!

It looks like a damage thru.the UN ,the rest is lamination .

It's a Lamination issue. The coin is kinda beat up, but still worth keeping do to the Laminations size. Good find. :)

Thank you for the support. It was nice to pick out of a roll. Lately I've been stuck with 2017D rolls, like I'm serving some type of new collector penny penance.
