MoneyPenney Pillar of the Community Canada 2984 Posts	Posted 08/06/2021 12:52 am The 12% cashback is actually a 5% cashback if you live in a PST province like BC. I don't know why the TSC charges 7% PST while its sister company Canadian Coin and Currency does not charge PST. $650 x 1.07= $695 x .88= $611 actual cost. If you decide re-sell at issue price you will lose money given ebay selling fees are around 12%. Report this Post to the Staff

Also, it depends if you are a registered business. It's my understanding that TSC is registered as a business in B.C. So is the RCM. That's why they charge tax in B.C.
