I have the opportunity to purchase this bill for about $20-$25.
It has a great low serial #.
is this worth it?

Buy it if you want but that is not considered a low SN. Bargain with the price if you do want it.

What is considered a low serial #?
looks in excellent condition. & the zeros look pretty neat..

999 and lower. If you can get it for maybe $10 and you really want it,go for it.

I think $15-20 is not too much if it's crisp with no folds.

I can't quite make out the series year. If 1988, it's from a run of 768,000 notes. If 1995, it's from a run of 640,000.

It looks to be almost pristine, for $20 you can hardly go wrong. I say buy it.

The 1969 $5 A* block had a printing of 1,920,000 notes as reported by uspapermoney.info
