VF-25. Can you take some pics at an angle? Not sure if I'm seeing hairlines or not...

Weighed 4.14g
Coin World Almanac:
Mint specifications call for 4.18 grams
with a tolerance of +/- .016

Is it normal for a gold coin in VF to be slightly underweight?

VF with lots of reverse dings. Looks like excessive wear on the date.

Your coin looks genuine. You have a plus or minus tolerance when they leave the mint and some wear so everything looks good to me. KK, just some weakness in the strike around the date, not excessive wear.
Still looks VF-30 to me even with the added photos.

Ok, so not cleaned. There is a +/- tolerance at the mint, yours might have been within tolerance but slightly underweight, but with the added wear it probably dropped to 4.14 g. Looks authentic at VF-30 with the new pics.
