Can't get a sense of the luster so if it's not cleaned I would guess around ms63... but a 1914 with this detail should be slapped in my opinion.

EDIT- it should be slabbed! Not slapped :)

I think reverse marks hold this to 63.

MS63. I see no signs of rub on the headdress, headband or top eagle feathers.
