I was having trouble with the lighting, so I included four pictures. Thanks so much in advance for your time/help!

My thoughts:

Both are Roman Provincial, but I am not sure which province or even which emperor. The coin on the right has a caduceus reverse.

A caduceus would be symmetrical. Perhaps the staff of Asklepios or, more simply, just a serpent entwined staff?

Perhaps not a match, although reverse legend might be NIKOΠOΛITΩN:

(Your reverse is upside-down...and it might be "ΛITΩN" that we see on yours)

Left coin: a Marcianopolis issue of Septimius Severus, with Tyche (holding cornucopia and rudder) reverse. Perhaps similar to: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=2371253

Hey Bob. Very very good, thanks so much! I was able to get them both notated properly thanks to you!

I've never has the Diamandianus (sp) emperor before, it's a first! He must be scarce?

Well, bear in mind I'm not entirely certain about that attribution...it may or may not be right. Also note: you've posed your question to a stupid Parthian collector, so my response would be:

Let's wait for Roman enthusiasts to chime in.
