What's officially going on with the top of the right wing? Is this a die break or something else? I can take pics in different angles if needed. Thank you!

That is the eagles left wing,and looks like reed damage from another coin.

I'm using the infranview program, and it the pics are cropped, but that black border comes up around the cropped photo. I have no idea why. Sorry about that!
