Naturally, I have Questions on reverse...

MD on USOA?
I was looking at the ear and it looks like there is a second one stamped to NW of the original? Took pictures at different angles but it never disappeared... What do you guys think?

-- Also-- Obverse-- The dot between First and Last name, does it look like there is a spread to the south? or possible die chip?

Yes, it's very slight Machine Doubling and there's no extra ear or Die Chips. Just common coin contact marks from Post Strike Damage.
