Okay have some rolls I bought that I need to sell. Bad thing is they are tails to tails and I didn't mark the dates on them for some reason or another. What should I do here. Any suggestions are welcome

If there not wheats then they are still only worth 50cents. Just take em back to the bank

Not so fast on the back to the bank suggestion !

You need to find out the date of the rolls , if they are current production then back to the bank maybe all right , if they are early Memorial cents then they are worth a look see . and the least research that should be done is looking to see if there are any errors or varieties in the years of the coins .

I would carefully open one end and find out the dates before deciding .

Definately OPEN them. Tails-tails rolls suck, you gotta open them to figure out what you have.

Hurry and take them back to the bank. There might be those ugly, double struck 1972's in there and you know how no one wants coins that are all messed up. And for sure you wouldn't want to be stuck with those 1960D/D's either. And don't forget the double dies Obverse and Reverse on the 1961's. Or if a 70S small date you would have headachs trying to tell the differences between the large dates. No, just take them to a bank and have no problems.
Rest in Peace
