Trying to identify this possibly Roman Provincial coin.
Thinking of Tranquillina, but not sure from where.

Well it certainly looks like a Thrace Artemis holding bow in left hand, but I can't make the letters work of course for Deultum and you do seem to have more of a Markianopolis look to your letters. But I can't make these work either for a reference.

Smyrna. VΛΛEI (of TRANKVΛΛEINA) visible on the obverse, and MYPNAIΩN (of CMYPNAIΩN) visible on the reverse, as is the kantharos in pouring position.
