Found this CRH today. I have an example like this on a dime, but this one is a little more pronounced. I believe it to be a cladding error that occurred when there wasn't enough clad to fully cover the copper layer, so it gives the effect that the copper portion is bleeding into the coin. Just my theory, but I thought it was interesting. Let me know what you think! Thanks for taking a look!

Might be a legitimate error coin. I just can't logically think of a possible way that soneone can fake this.

I agree. I believe it to be a cladding error, but I'm certainly not 100% sure.
