1955 Wheat Penny Double Die And Off Center Strike -Help Please

Can anyone tell me more about this? Should I have this graded? Came across a chance to buy some rare cough cough coins and all of them are fake right down to the $50 maple leaf in a PCCB holder. Total money spent on fake coins in one hull... drum roll please... $2,540. The silver lining is my return period is not up, and back they go. At least I know to have a fail safe. Saying since his listing had no refund I broke contract and would be sued. Says he has my address now. Just horrid ordeal. My lesson has been learned.
