Thoughts Of Breaking Open Mint Proof Package?

As long as you have a plan to store them. For what it is worth, the proof set lenses made this century are not sealed. You can open them up, remove the coins, photograph them, put them back, and no one is the wiser. If you are building albums or other sets, this is a less expensive and more efficient way.
