It looks like it might indeed have been an ancient Greek or Roman coin some day, but in that condition, and (perhaps more importantly) with those photos, you're not getting it identified.

I think that might be a portrait left on the first pic?

Every other day, I see some kind of resemblance show itself. You should have seen it before.
